Emulsion concentrate usually diluted with water at varying levels to achieve the release needed for a given binder system. Prevents binder from building-up on mold surface. Keeps tooling clean to yield longer production runs between cleaning cycles.
Ready-to-use, water-based coating that requires no dilution. Releases pMDI and MDI binder systems. Adheres strongly to mold surface and does not transfer. pMDI is an unconventional adhesive, which is sometimes more difficult to release than traditional binders. It has also been known build-up more quickly on mold surfaces. BR-1 yields an anti-stick coating that mitigates this build-up.

The gel strips residue build-up from the tooling surface without attacking the metal.
