Mavcoat SP-27
A semi-permanent water-based release agent with lubricity additives to improve rubber flow.
Mavcoat MXC
A semi-permanent water-based release agent for difficult elastomers such as peroxoide-cured EPDM.
Mavcoat 2037
A semi-permanent water-based release agent for the most difficult elastomers, such as AFLAS, in complex molds.
Mavcoat SR
A specialized semi-permanent release agent for the release of silicone and fluorosilicone. Unique chemistry cleans mold and maintains lustrous surface. Will also release organic rubber elastomers.
Mavcoat WNS
Unique semi-permanent water-based release agent that releases all elastomers without the use of silicone fluids. Used extensively throughout medical, military and aerospace applications.
Mavcoat EF-ND
A concentrate designed for dilution with 3 parts water for economical release applications for molding of general rubber goods.
Mavcoat TZ-4
This new technology is a semi-permanent, water-based coating that releases all organic rubber elastomers such as fluorocarbon, nitrile, butyl, natural, and even peroxide-cured EPDM. TZ-4 is unique because it lasts a very long time and does not transfer to the finished part. Therefore, defects such as knit lines in critical parts like O-rings and gaskets are eliminated. This property also makes TZ-4 an excellent choice for molding rubber-to-metal. Due to its semi-permanence, application may only be required once per shift. Since TZ-4 releases all organic rubber compounds, it will be the only release needed on the production floor, which consolidates and simplifies another of the manager’s tasks.
