Mavcoat ADG
Is a water-based emulsion formulated for release of precast GFRC, GRCG, concrete, and composite reinforced concrete from
molds made of polyurethane, RTV silicone, rubber, epoxy, plastic (ABS and PVC), aluminum, steel, wood, and fiberglass.
Mavcoat ADG will not separate, so no mixing before use is needed.  MavcoatADG exceeds all environmental regulations, as it contains no VOC or ozone depleting chemicals.  ADG will not stain grey or white concrete when heat curing is used.  It does not interfere with the adhesion of sealers, caulk, or paint to concrete. Mavcoat ADG uses a unique non-silicone polymer to impart release of reinforced concrete structures from all types of molds.  ADG does not transfer to the finished part so there is no
staining and provides release properties after the evaporation of water to yield color-ready or paint-ready parts.

Use Instructions
Mavcoat ADG is ready for use and should not be diluted.  It can be applied anytime prior to placing concrete.  Ensure mold and
form surfaces are clean.  ADG can be applied by spray, wipe, roll, or brush.  Apply a uniform coating and simply allow water to evaporate.  Three coats should be applied when the mold is new and has not been previously seasoned.  Allow each coat to dry before applying next coat.  Once mold is seasoned and has been used in production, re-apply prior to each part.  Depending on mold configuration, several parts can be produced from a single application so reapply only as needed.

Engineered Form Release Coating for Concrete

Mavcoat GXV
Is an oil-based technology for release of concrete and composite reinforced concrete from all mold types and does not contain petroleum-based hydrocarbons.  It is non-hazardous, non-toxic, and biodegradable,  It has been designed for very large forms where stripping can be difficult due to large surface areas.  It is especially useful to release difficult patterns (such as fractured
fins) from molds made of polyurethane or plastic.  This includes high detail molds or molds containing deep drafts.  GXV has been used successfully on forms for intricately detailed retaining walls and architectural murals on bridge and overpass supports.  Mavcoat GXV will not separate, so no mixing before use is needed.  This chemistry will not stain any type of concrete, is non-corrosive, and significantly reduces voids caused by air entrapment to yield a smooth and aesthetically pleasing finish.  This is a high performance release for precasting and forming of wet or dry concrete mixes.

Several benefits are achieved by using Mavcoat GXV.  It contains rust inhibitors to prevent corrosion on any metal molds.  These inhibitors, combined with its highly effective stripping properties will keep forms clean.  It will not inhibit any bonding
characteristics of secondary toppings, coatings, paints, caulks or sealants.

Use Instructions
Form surfaces should be cleaned and free from dust, debris, or build up to provide a smooth natural finish.  Apply a thin
uniform film with a brush, roller or airless sprayer (use a flat sprayer tip to produce thin films for better looking concrete).  A spray application will also allow the applicator to achieve more efficient coverage and prevent puddling.  Do not dilute GXV, as it has
been designed ready to use.  GXV will not dry out so it can be applied to formliners several days in advance and remain active
just before the concrete is poured into the form.
