NEW Mavcoat CDN Mold Release Non-Silicone Release Coating for Polyurethanes - High technology manufacturing such as aerospace and medical applications do not allow the slightest presence of silicone contamination so we developed Mavcoat™ CDN, which contains no silicone and releases polyurethane foams and cast elastomers. CDN is available in water-based or solvent-based formulations and contains no wax so there is no transfer to the finished part. This critical technology allows good paint ability or post adhesion.

Mavcoat EC Mold Release - specially formulated to release polyurethane from silicone RTV tooling by providing a thin barrier coat. It is designed to protect expensive silicone molds from tearing yet allow fine detail to show in the finished part. At a minimum, Mavcoat EC will extend mold life 8 to 10 times the usual working life of the mold.

Mavcoat NB Mold Release - designed for hand casting or high volume production lines of liquid castable polyurethane elastomers. It can be wiped on with a cloth or spray applied with an airbrush system. NB provides medium release strength through a light release coating.

Maverix Mold Cleaner - An environmentally preferred cleaner that effectively replaces hazardous solvents traditionally used for cleaning molds. This product has been designed to clean molds while in production so there is little need to remove molds. Requires no abrasive scrubbing, which significantly prolongs mold life. Needs heat to effectively clean by “unzipping” the polyurethane backbone. Cuts through build up and produces a perfectly clean mold.
