Maverix^™ Mold Cleaner
Is a gelled, non-flammable cleaner that dissolves, encapsulates, and lifts all thermoset resins, epoxies, phenolics, urethanes, and thermoplastics from metal molds. The gel clings to vertical surfaces and strips all residue and build-up down to metal mold surface.  This cleaner is for metal molds only and will not attack metal substrates.

Maverix^™ Cleaner 202
Is a heavy-duty, water-based cleaner that strips polymer-based, semi-permanent release coatings from composite or metal molds.  Cleaner 202 is also commonly used after molding to prepare parts for painting because it removes mold release residues from finished parts.  Apply 202 by spraying or wiping onto the surface and allow a short contact time for the chemistry to break down buildup and residues.  Wipe with a cloth or follow with a clean water rinse for a residue free surface.  This cleaner is safe on all surfaces such as, composite, metal, urethane, or epoxy.

Maverix^™ Cleaner 303
Is a solvent-based product that easily removes and strips wax-based release coatings from composite or metal molds.  Simply wipe 303 onto the mold surface and allow a short contact time for the chemistry to break down the residues and wipe clean.  303 will not harm mold surfaces – even those with class-A finishes.

Mavcoat^® 425 Mold Cleaner
Is packaged in pails, drums, or aerosol cans that are equipped with a special nozzle that delivers a powerful flushing steam to remove contaminants from mold surfaces.  425 is especially useful on injection molds because no wiping is necessary.  425 evaporates completely while flushing away dirt, grease, and protection films such as Mavcoat Mold Saver.  Because Mavcoat 425 evaporates quickly, it is ideal for cleaning cold molds.  It does not contain chlorinated solvents, CFCs, or ozone depleting chemicals.

Maverix^™ Cleaner 505
Is the water-based version of Cleaner 303.  It easily removes wax-based release coatings from composite or metal molds.  It is used to clean molds or finished parts.  505 will also clean light films of styrene buildup.

Maverix^™ Cleaner 8700
Industrial cleaner is a free rinsing, low pH, non-toxic, concentrated all purpose synthetic liquid detergent.  It is a chemically balanced detergent that first wets the soil by getting under and surrounding grime and dirt.  Second, it penetrates dirt, grime, grease, and breaks them up into smaller particles.  Third, it emulsifies grease and oil.  Finally, its soil suspending ingredients float away dirt and grime leaving a clean surface after rinsing.  Recommended uses include cleaning of concrete and tile floors, machinery, industrial equipment, conductive floors, painted and porcelain surfaces, glass, automobiles, truck aluminum, and as a liquid hand cleaner.
